1. 1.Acceptance of terms of service
• 1.1 This agreement is a Gamezpeed members (hereinafter referred to as "member") and Sichuan Subao Network Technology Co.ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Gamezpeed") members about using Gamezpeed automatically renew entrusted deductions service (hereinafter referred to as "the services") of the agreement, this agreement describes Gamezpeed between the members about the use of this service and the related rights and obligations. "Member" means a natural person who has completed all the procedures for becoming a member of Gamezpeed and who uses the membership services provided by Gamezpeed under the relevant rules for using Gamezpeed. Unless the member accepts the terms of this agreement, the member has no right to use the service. The member's choice to use the service will be deemed to be a consent by the terms of this agreement.
• 1.2 Members when using this service, must have corresponding rights and behavior ability, independently bear legal responsibility.If the member is under 18 years of age, he must under the parents or other guardians guardianship in to use this service.
2. Service description
• 2.1 This service is for members to demand for automatic renewal, under the premise that the member has opened this service, avoiding members failed to renew caused by negligence , so that members fail to renewal. Members can be in the period of validity is about to expire, using member's own prepaid phone account binding of third-party payment account, bank cards, communication account (hereinafter generally referred to as the "account") and the balance of withholding the next billing cycle costs, including the billing cycle, but not limited to, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, etc. Members can choose by themselves according to the billing cycle displayed on the platform of Gamezpeed. The premise of the service realization is that the member has bound his Gamezpeed member account with the above account, and can successfully deduct money from the above account.
• 2.2 Automatic renewal refers to the specific, based on the premise of 2.1, Gamezpeed through the above account charge members the next billing cycle way of deduction. Members need to ensure that Gamezpeed deduct from the account successfully. As a result of insufficient can debit balance in the account of renewal failure.It can bear the responsibility by the members themselves. Gamezpeed has the right to terminate the corresponding interrupt/members rights and services
• 2.3 Members chose opening automatic renewal, is seen as authorize Gamezpeed to account deductions instructions, and agrees that the accounts are according to the rapid move hand and deductions instructions from the accelerator, without verification member account password, payment information such as passwords. Unless the member explicitly cancels the automatic renewal, the member's authorization for the automatic deduction of mobile game accelerator is irrevocable. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, mobile game accelerator will not refund the fees paid by members in any way.
• 2.4 The service provided by Gamezpeed to members is limited to the use of members on Gamezpeed platform. Any act of separating the service provided by Gamezpeed. Gamezpeed will investigate the actor's legal responsibility according to law.
3. Rights and obligations of both parties
• 3.1 Gamezpeed is responsible for providing the member with the query method of the specific situation of automatic renewal fee, but it is not responsible for printing the relevant invoice and/or forwarding the member.
• 3.2 Gamezpeed will send the reminder of automatic renewal to the member. If the member deducts the cost of the next billing cycle through the above account.The amount will be credited to the member's payment record on the day of deduction, and the validity period of the member will be extended accordingly. Once the deduction is successful, Gamezpeed has the right to charge the fee without refund.
• 3.3 If losses are caused by the unequal fault of each party, the parties shall bear the corresponding liabilities according to the degree of fault. If the loss is caused by the joint fault of both parties, but it is impossible to distinguish their respective faults. The liability shall be equally shared by both parties.
• 3.4 Gamezpeed according to its business or technology upgrading. But no obligation to do individual notification shall be separately. The date on which the mobile game accelerator is sent is deemed to have been delivered to the user. If multiple notification methods coexist, the time of delivery shall be the earliest one of the above mentioned methods. If the members does not agree to the modification of this agreement, he/she can cancel the service.And he/she has obtained and stop using it. If a member continues to use the services provided by Gamezpeed, the member shall be deemed to have accepted all modifications to this agreement.
• 3.5 The service shall be cancelled at the member's own option. If the member chooses not to cancel the service, it shall be deemed that the member agrees that Gamezpeed has the right to continuously make irregular deduction attempts according to certain rules. Once the deduction is successful, the Gamezpeed will open the membership service of the next billing cycle for the member.
• 3.6 If the price of Gamezpeed is adjusted before automatic renewal , the currently effective price published on the Gamezpeed shall prevail.
• 3.7 Gamezpeed does not charge any additional fees for members to open the service, but Gamezpeed has the right to decide whether to charge for the service itself or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees according to business needs or market changes, and publicize it to members on relevant pages.
• 3.8 If a member renew his/her membership, the validity period will be extended on the basis of the validity period of the original service.
• 3.9 The member understands and agrees that the withholding rights of Gamezpeed .If any loss is caused to the member, the member will not claim any right and pursue any responsibility to mobile game accelerator and its affiliated companies.
4. Term and termination of the agreement
• 4.1 This agreement shall come into force after the member chooses to accept or use the service, and shall terminate when the member terminates the service/cancels the membership, unless otherwise announced by mobile game accelerator.
• 4.2 The member has the right to terminate the service at any time in the member account Settings. After the termination of the service, the mobile game accelerator will stop providing the service to the member.
• 4.3 The instruction that the member has entrusted Gamezpeed to automatically renew and deduct the payment before terminating the service is still valid. The Gamezpeed will not refund the deducted fees based on the instruction, and the member shall bear the relevant responsibilities and losses.
• 4.4 Gamezpeed has the right to suspend and terminate the service according to its own business adjustment, price change and other reasons. Once this happens, the Gamezpeed will notify the members by announcement.
5. Liability for breach of contract
• If one party breaches the contract, the non-breaching party has the right to obtain compensation or compensation through the default settlement agreed by both parties.
6. Dispute resolution and application of law
• 6.1 6.1Gamezpeed and the member shall settle any dispute arising from the performance of this agreement through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to the local people's court for settlement. The laws of the People's Republic of China shall apply to the interpretation, validity and implementation of this agreement
7. Other
• 7.1 If a member has any questions regarding this agreement or matters related to the automatic renewal service of Gamezpeed, please contact the customer service of Gamezpeed. Gamezpeed will reply to the member as soon as possible after receiving the member's opinions and Suggestions.
• 7.2 The headings of this agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provisions in the text.
• 7.3 This agreement shall come into force 10 days after the date of the first page update Sichuan Subao Network Technology Co.ltd
